All of our BaeFight Films are encoded as a MP4 and are widely played on most video players, however depending on the device you are using, type of computer and other variables, you may find the video is not playing. We highly recommend downloading the VLC Player if you have any issues, the VLC Player is well supported, safe and will play our films with no issues. Most of our BaeFight Films are between 2 and 5 gbs in size, this can cause problems if you do not have access to high speed internet access or if your connectivity is intermittent. As a BaeFight customer, we give you unlimited attempts to download your film purchase to avoid any issues. However if you continue to have issues, we can make the film available to you online in a streaming capacity. Just contact us here.
